Our Developer Program.

The whole aim of CG is to have a great time making games and reward the people who join us on the way. Games take a lot of work across many different areas and we know that your help would be invaluable to us. Asking the gaming community at large for their creative input is great but we find it totally unfair when a company makes money off these ideas and creations without sharing it with their creators. So, what we have come up with is this, it is a bit like open source but you make money off your efforts.

Graphics Artists, Pixel Painters and Visual Enginners

There is a truly prodigious amount of graphics that go into great games and we also know that there are people out there with graphics skills way beyond what we can do. We have seen people create in a few minutes images which would take us days. We would love to offer you full time jobs working with us and in time we will. These positions will will be offered to our top developers first and you get to be a top developer by contributing to the games we develop. This way not only can you demonstrate your skills but also earn money from them.

Programmers, Tekheads and Bit Engineers

If you have programming skills which you would like to put to the test then let us know. We work with PHP, Javascript, Html and mySQL at the moment but we will need C++, Visual Basic and some 3DEngine experience. For those with network experience if you want to work with us then you have to have experience in multi server systems using linux.

Music Maestros, Sound Crafters and Audio Wave Manipulators

Do you have a piece of music that is bursting to get out? Can your audio creations bring a tear to the eye or make people quake in their seats?

Now, to the important bit...how do you get paid?

All our Full Members pay for access to the games. We share the income we get from them with all the people who contribute to the games they play. The more you contribute, the more you get and this is ongoing so your creations will be giving you an income for as long as the games are running. However some people may still be looking for a more upfront payment structure. Let us know on your application form and we will take that into account.
